Accumulated yellow cards

Please see the updated section 12.2 in the regulations regarding accumulated yellow cards.

Single yellow cards are accumulated and will suspend a player for the match following the second yellow card if he/she gets two yellow cards during two separate matches. The yellow cards will be reset after the group stage.
