    Boys born 1st January 2001 and later. It is also allowed to use a maximum of two (2) players born 1st January 2000 and later.

  • This is an invitational age category only to pro clubs or high level academies.
  • 2018 , Gothia Cup China will start inviation in Oct, 2017.
  • 2017 ,There are 5 invited teams: 3 Asian teams all from Top pro leagues, 2 European Football Academies/Clubs.
  • Pohang Steelers (Korean), Tokyo Verdy (Japan), Guangzhou Everygrande FC (China), CSKH (Spain), NK Bubamara Zagreb (Croatia )
  • 2016, Mamelodi Sundowns FC (South Africa), Tokyo Verdy (Japan), Kinetic Academy(England), BK Hacken (Sweden), ACBB Paris (France), Liaoning Hongyun (China), participated. the Champion goes to Mamelodi Sundowns FC.

  • Tournament Setup of 2017 

    The 6teams are  in 1 group. All teams meet in a round robin series.

  • Playing period

    2 x 35 minutes.

  • Playing fields

    All games are played in Gothia Football Park and played on astroturf.

  • Regulations 

    this age category follow the rules of the other age categories at Gothia Cup China.
