Cancellation policies for hotel bookings

Cancellation until 10 June will be charged 30 USD/30 Euro per room. Cancellation after 10 June will be charged 25 % of the room fee. Cancellation after 10 July will be charged 100 % of the room fee.

Cancellation policies for registration /accommodation fees

Refunds of accommodation fees could only be made when the Gothia Cup China receives your withdrawal notice before July 10. The registration fee is not refundable.
